Morgan is a native Floridian, who moved to Colorado in 2008. She not only fell in love with the mountains, but also with her husband, John, who is a long time Grand County resident; so she decided to make it her home too. They now have a daughter and spend most of their spare time in the summer sailing on Lake Granby. Morgan loves the changing seasons and all the different activities that are possible year round in Grand County. She also enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
Morgan started as a Real Estate Assistant in 2014 and fell in love with the business. She earned her license in 2015 and loves helping buyers and sellers accomplish their goals by minimizing their stress and maximizing their profits.
Morgan did everything that she was supposed to very well very quickly. She knows the market and advised me one well. I would certainly call her again for any other Grand County real estate transactions.
Morgan did a good job of keeping us updated with the complexities of the market, particularly as it pertains to Mountainside. When the buyer’s lender backed off, she recommended a lender that had financed units at Mountainside in the past.
Angel Fire, NM
I had the privilege of growing up in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. My family moved to Angel Fire from Iowa when I was 10 and and started a log home company and construction company. Being around my family's business sparked a love of real estate.
I currently split my time between Angel Fire and Taos. I have so much love for the area and diversity in real estate that it offers, that I decided to make it my career.
Whether buying or selling, I am passionate about helping people find their perfect fit!
