About Rick

After moving to Breckenridge in 1972, I soon realized that Breckenridge was a wonderful place to live. In 1976 I started Coldwell Banker Bunchman Real Estate and have been active in real estate sales and development ever since. I am excited about being involved with Breckenridge Lands, their development experience, and our merger together. My years of serving on the Breckenridge Town Council and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber has equipped me with invaluable knowledge of the town and its community. Breckenridge is a great resort town which affords many amenities for the active and non-skier visitor.
