About Sean

Born and raised in the ski resort town of Winter Park Colorado, an avid skier, fly fisherman, dirt biker, outdoorsman, photographer, and philanthropist, Sean Saffell carries on his unique family legacy of Real Estate in the Rocky Mountains.

Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Sean sought the world of adventure and independently traveled South East Asia until his passion for the Colorado lifestyle brought him home. Upon returning to Colorado, Sean joined the Saffell & Huster Team where he acted as Broker Associate and Transaction Manager for the #1 Team in Grand County. Not only did his time with Saffell & Huster gain him years of experience in a short period of time, but also taught him the nuances of the transaction process, and provided him with the knowledge essential for selling Luxury Real Estate.

After seeing success in his hometown of Winter Park, Sean decided to give back to his community by founding The Furniture Exchange, A 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization. As a broker in a resort community, Sean knows housing for lower income families can be challenging to find and maintain. Therefore, he decided to lighten the burden of purchasing or renting a home by providing essential furniture to the lower income families who are crucial to our resort economies.

★★★★★

Sean is an amazing young man who is a delight to work with. We are moving from Georgia and were lucky enough to get him on the phone when we inquired about a property. The rest is history. He worked tirelessly with us, showed us many excellent properties and answered all our questions on a timely basis. He did all the work behind the scenes and made this the easiest home buying experience yet. He is articulate, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even after the sale he has diligently followed up with all the post-closing details. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

★★★★★

Sean was well organized and professional, allowing us to see a large number of listings in a short amount of time. He was also very helpful after we signed the contract and helped us close on time. His knowledge of the area was also very helpful in selecting the property we chose to buy.

★★★★★

A native to Grand County and third generation realtor. Sean has expansive knowledge of the area and home sale process. This was my first time selling a home. With his coaching, I was under contract in 2 days following with a smooth closing! He is a busy man from early mornings to late nights and weekends. Sean was able to respond in a reasonable time. I am very happy with the service he provided.

About Amanda

I had the privilege of growing up in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. My family moved to Angel Fire from Iowa when I was 10 and and started a log home company and construction company. Being around my family's business sparked a love of real estate.
